FREE RESOURCE: Colorado Address Confidentiality Program (ACP)
Colorado has launched the Colorado Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) which offers protections for reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare workers and their patients. Amongst other protections, the program offers participants a legal substitute address and mail forwarding. This substitute address may be used in lieu of participants’ actual address of residency and all state and local government agencies are required to accept it. Public records may reflect the substitute address, increasing the safety of participants if someone is trying to find and cause them harm. Additional details: https://dcs.colorado.gov/acp
