Modeled after the brain’s natural REM sleep processing, EMDR helps unlock “stuck” emotional memories so you can respond to them with greater calm and clarity. Appointments are available in person across the Greater Denver Area or through secure online sessions when clinically appropriate. All therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other insurance plans.
