Our therapists use evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness strategies to help clients navigate depressive thoughts, grief, hopelessness, and life transitions. Whether your symptoms are mild or severe, short-term or long-lasting, therapy can offer practical tools and emotional support to help you feel more like yourself again.
 

Appointments are available in person across the Greater Denver Area, including Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Boulder, and Littleton, or through secure online therapy statewide. All of our therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other insurance plans.
