Life can be challenging. For more than 20 years I have been providing therapy services helping kids, adults, and families through tough issues and life adjustments. Helping children and adult survivors of abuse and trauma has been my heart for many years. For the last 7 years I have gained insight and experience working with those with Chronic Health Conditions, including ME/CFS and Long Covid.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, relationships or family issues, I am here with practical, evidence-based techniques and care to help you. I have worked with all ages from infants to adults. I truly enjoy working with children, college age youth, and adults. I am here to assist you and to help you identify goals and evidence-based treatment for you to practice in your daily life.
