Stephanie Winkler - LPC

Are you struggling with disconnection or isolation? Maybe you’re frequently feeling sad, overwhelmed, or consumed with thoughts of past negative experiences. I’d love to support you. I am a licensed professional counselor working with adults age 18+ in individual therapy. My main professional area of interest and competence is helping individuals who have undergone various types of relationship trauma, such as sexual abuse or assault. At the core, my therapeutic style is client-centered and strengths-based. I strive to empower my clients to recognize their resilience and to connect with their own wisdom. I have also completed EMDR training for those who would like to try this evidenced-based trauma treatment. I welcome people of all identities, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, size, socioeconomic status, religion, race, and ethnicity.
