I have been doing counseling for the past 16 years and love what I do. I enjoy helping people figure out the issues getting in their way and work towards getting ‘unstuck’. We can increase mindfulness, create healthy boundaries, and improve communication skills, to gain self-empowerment and find balance. I work with adults 18 and older with general mental health (anxiety, depression, bipolar), self-esteem/confidence, grief & loss, trauma, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Grief Recovery Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
