I specialize in supporting adults (18+), primarily women, working through anxiety, grief, overwhelm, low self-esteem, or trauma while going through life transitions. Some examples are: recovering from a loss, relationship challenges or changes, career changes, and family planning. Or if you’re feeling stuck and wanting to work toward transition in your life.
I provide a safe space where you will be accepted, supported, and encouraged while working through these uncertain times. I promote self-reflection, self-love, and trust in yourself and will help you to practice these in daily life to increase a sense of calm and balance. I will always encourage you to be kind to yourself.
It is possible for you to feel less nervous, irritable, insecure, reactive, restless and on edge. You can decrease your negative thought patterns and difficulty concentrating. Accepting and embracing your sensitivities can help you feel more peaceful, motivated, balanced and more alive.
