Deirdre is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her Master’s degree at the University of Denver School of Social Work. She has 11 years of social work experience, 9 of which were in inpatient psychiatric hospitals working with individuals experiencing crisis and major mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, bipolar disorder and psychosis.
Deirdre utilizes a collaborative approach with her clients, knowing that all people have the ability to grow and heal. She believes the therapeutic relationship is the mechanism that propels healing and loves witnessing and guiding people toward their inner truth. Therapy can sometimes feel scary. Our desire to be known is sometimes obscured by our desire to be hidden or safe. Deirdre’s approach to therapy is compassionate, warm and non-judgmental. She will create safety so you can experience the healing of feeling seen, known and valued.

Deirdre McGrath offers online therapy sessions through scheduled appointments. All Westside providers have access to HIPAA compliant and secure teleconferencing software to protect client privacy. Instructions to access a scheduled session will be sent directly by the provider leading up to the appointment.
