At Westside Behavioral Care, licensed therapists use DBT techniques to support individuals struggling with emotion regulation, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or unstable relationships.

Appointments are available in person across the greater Denver area or through secure online therapy throughout Colorado. All of our therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other insurance plans.
