Welcome! I’m so glad you found your way here, and I look forward to working with you to achieve the changes you hope to see and overcome the challenges facing you in life. I truly believe that life is a journey filled with both challenges and opportunities and that by working to face the things we avoid or fear, we can get to a place where we find peace and alignment with our true selves.
Sometimes we come to a place in life where the strategies we’ve used in the past no longer serve us and instead lead to obstacles and suffering. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I am here to support you on your path towards positive change. I am passionate about helping people find their own path to healing, self-actualization, and empowerment.
My practice is guided by the believe that we are constantly evolving and growing to become more authentic versions of ourselves. Through the cultivation of self-compassion, self-awareness, and the pursuit of meaningful goals, I have witnessed countless individuals transform their lives in profound ways.
My approach utilizes cognitive and somatic concepts to expand on your strengths, navigate your challenges, and help you find yourself on your own unique journey. I specialize in working with individuals confronting a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, relationship and attachment challenges, and women’s reproductive, pregnancy, and birth challenges, as well as a variety of other issues.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment, I invite you to take the first step towards a brighter future. Reach out today and let’s begin this transformative process together. Your path to healing and a more fulfilling life awaits.
