In my practice, I customize interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including client-centered, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I earned my undergraduate degree in 2016 and completed my graduate degree in 2022 at Regis University. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology specializing in Sports Performance at the University of Arizona and am a licensed professional counselor actively practicing in Colorado.
