I bring my full self into the therapy room—curious, compassionate, and committed to walking alongside people as they reconnect with who they truly are. My approach is grounded in a radical social justice framework and centers liberation-based healing. I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy, with influences from feminist, existential, and person-centered traditions.
As a queer, trans, white, and neurodivergent person who has survived conversion therapy, I know what it’s like to live with exiled parts of self and to wrestle with stories that were never ours to begin with. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with each other, and with the systems we navigate. Therapy with me is about making space for all your parts, reclaiming your voice, and honoring the wisdom you already carry.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ folks, men and masculine-identified people, and those exploring identity, shame, grief, and relational trauma. I’m especially passionate about supporting people in unpacking internalized oppression and rewriting the stories that have kept them stuck or small.
Whether you’re navigating a specific transition or reckoning with deep-rooted pain, I hold space for you to show up as you are. My hope is to co-create a therapeutic relationship where your truth can emerge—and where healing is not just possible, but transformative.
