Hillary recognizes that creating a safe, non-judgmental space to identify and process the complexities of being human is essential for growth and healing.
Hillary graduated from Colorado State University with her MSW in 2019 and began working at the Rose Andom Center in Denver as an advocate for survivors of relationship abuse. In 2021, Hillary helped launch the Rose Andom Center’s youth program, a camping and mentoring program specifically for youth who have been impacted by violence. Hillary started her private practice in 2022, working part-time as a therapist while maintaining her role as the Children & Youth Program Manager at the Rose Andom Center.
Hillary pulls from several therapy modalities and theories including Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Person-Centered Therapy. Hillary operates from the belief that we are all good inside, but trauma can get us stuck in harmful beliefs and habits that – while they kept us alive at certain points in our lives – may not serve us in healthy relationships and a safe environment. Hillary recognizes that creating a safe, non-judgmental space to identify and process the complexities of being human is essential for growth and healing; and much of this healing can take place when we learn to practice self-compassion and courage.

Instructions to access a scheduled session will be sent directly by the provider leading up to the appointment.
