Caroline strives to be a gentle, guiding presence in your life to help you accomplish your goals.

I strongly believe that every person is stronger than they think, and my goal is to be a gentle guiding presence in your life to help you learn the best ways to motivate and raise yourself up so you can accomplish your goals. In therapy, I take client-centered and psychodynamic approaches to meet you where you are at and explore where you want to be. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I will help by utilizing the most current and successful therapeutic tools at my disposal.

I am an EMDR trained/trauma-informed therapist who utilizes cognitive and body-based skills to help decrease distress and increase positive internal coping strategies. I have worked closely with clients struggling from addictions, eating disorders, mood/anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality and relational trauma issues. I approach each person with empathy and openness to grow as your counselor and walk next to you during your journey.
