Brooke Green - Headshot

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and therapist focused on online therapy services in Colorado. My specialties include individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also support individuals who are highly sensitive and struggling caregivers who often put their own mental health aside to care for others.
The center of my practice is based upon humility and transparency, and I focus on customized treatment plans to meet your unique, individual therapy needs. My approach to healing is making sure your story is heard, two-way conversations and providing tools that lighten the weight on your shoulders, and developing skills to help you advance towards self-acceptance.
With my training as a professional counselor, our conversations can help guide you to become more aware of your feelings, how to acknowledge them without getting stuck in them, and how to work through them. My collaborative approach is relational, helping individuals meet goals, and build self-compassion and acceptance. I listen with openness and empathy.
If you are struggling, please remember you don’t have to do it alone. It’s okay to ask for support. It’s okay to become more aware of habits that no longer serve you. Change is possible. Reach out today.
