My 30 years of varied experience, as a Licensed Professional Counselor, EAP provider, consultant, and coach, have led to specialties in marital/relationship counseling, work/life stress, trauma-informed interventions, EMDR, behavioral habits, and health/wellness.  I have extensive experience working with a variety of clients, including numerous years working on Military installations with Military Members and their Families.

My manner of counseling is compassionate and practical.  I view my clients (individ., couples, families) from a strength-based, holistic perspective, with an individualized approach to each person’s process of change and improvement in the issues presented and discovered in the course of our work.  Call for an initial conversation to learn if this is a fit.
