Annie Hutt is a professional clinical counselor (LPC) who has been practicing as a therapist in Golden for more than ten years. She conducted her internship and became certified with the Denver Family Institute.
Annie sees adults for a variety of mental health issues including substance abuse, marriage theapy and couples counseling, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, parenting issues, Christian counseling, spiritual/religious issues and more.
Annie enjoys listening to clients search for their core issues and finding strategies to ease hardships. She believes we are all doing the best we can and at different points on our journey we get stuck.
Annie works with couples and families who are not in litigation and has a special love for marriage therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. She sees the importance of relationships and understands that we all have a story which we believe about others and ourselves. If we can see our story differently, we can often change our approach to life. With the use of cognitive behavior therapy and other tools, this can be achieved.
