Hello! My name is Megan Keith and I’m excited to meet you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. I accept Kaiser Permanente and Optum/UnitedHeathcare insurance plans. I specialize in PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. I enjoy using Cognitive Processing Therapy to help folks better understand the impact of past trauma and invalidation- most of us have trauma in our history and may not even realize it!
