Come step up your mental health with me. 25 years of experience working with children and families in many different capacities including: outpatient, group, crisis, foster, adoption care systems, and in-home. I work with Individuals of all ages. I treat adults, couples, parents, families, and children. My work has been collaborative with other agencies- Human Services, Pediatricians, Hospitals, Law Enforcement, Courts. I have worked simultaneously and in concert with other therapists in Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, Probation and Sex Abuse. I use an eclectic approach and meet clients where they are. Modalities include Family Systems, Behavioral, TF-CBT, DBT, Attachment, Anger Management, Play therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Trauma Systems Therapy.
