Our providers have office locations throughout the Greater Denver Area, including Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Golden, Wheat Ridge, and nearby communities. Most providers also offer online sessions which make accessing care much easier for clients with busy schedules, transportation hurdles, and other responsibilities.
Our providers are in-network with Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, Humana, Kaiser Permanente*, Medicare, Optum/United, and more. We’ll do our best to help you schedule an appointment with one of our therapists who accepts your insurance. Our licensed therapists have diverse backgrounds and specializations and see adults, children, couples, teens, and families. Appointment times vary by provider. Most therapists are available during business hours, while some offer care on evenings and weekends.

Absolutely. Finding the right therapist is essential for effective treatment. You can browse providers by specialty, insurance, location, and age range, or let our team recommend a short list based on your goals.
If you feel like your therapist isn't the right fit, whether due to communication style, specialization, or personality, our team will help you rematch with someone better aligned to your needs, goals, or identity. Switching therapists is a normal part of the process, and we make it easy.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth is available to clients anywhere in Colorado. Many plans cover virtual visits just like in-person visits.
