Mary O’Hara - PMHNP

Dr. O’Hara is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric and Mental Health from the University of San Diego in 2019. As a graduate student she was a stipend recipient for ProjectTeamUp, which focused on training and education advancement for underserved populations with a focus on integrated care. She completed her clinical training hours at a Federally Qualified Health Center in San Diego County. After graduation she went on to complete a residency at Community Health Center, Inc in Connecticut. Dr. O’Hara’s undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University at Buffalo. She worked in registered nurse and charge nurse roles in in-patient psychiatric hospital units for five years while pursuing higher education. After a brief stay in Colorado Dr. O’Hara has returned to her East Coast roots and joins our team as a fully remote tele-health provider.
