I believe in the resilience of each person. I believe that each person deserves to be listened to and heard. Reaching out and asking for help takes strength and I honor that decision you have made.

I am a licensed professional counselor and have been working in the field since 1998. I graduated with my BA from Clemson University and my MA from Regis University. I work with adolescents (15 y/o and above) and adults. I have extensive experience in the area of trauma, which has driven my practice. My areas of specialty include trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, anger issues, self -esteem, and relationship issues.

My practice is collaborative and interactive. The modalities utilized in a session are based on each person’s presenting issues and personal goals. I work with a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and solution-focused therapies. My goal is to provide you with a supportive and non-judgmental environment to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and needs, so we may develop a course of action to create the changes desired.
