Jonathan utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive, Narrative, and Emotional Focused Therapy.
As a clinical mental health therapist, I specialize in working with adults of all ages who are tired of the daily struggles associated with anxiety, addiction, and emotional pain. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive, Narrative, and Emotional Focused Therapy, to help guide you towards finding your path through challenging times.
My decision to become a mental health professional stems from a profound realization that our thoughts greatly influence our emotions and actions. Through my own personal struggles, I have gained a deep understanding of how individuals can transform into stronger, more authentic versions of themselves when faced with difficult challenges. I firmly believe that with the right support, encouragement, and a positive environment, people naturally gravitate towards a state of well-being.
In my counseling practice, I address four essential aspects of the human condition: the body, mind, relationships, and consciousness. I adopt a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach that allows us to explore these areas holistically, identifying areas of awareness and potential imbalances. Neglecting one or more of these areas can lead to feelings of disconnection, discomfort, anxiety, depression, or dissatisfaction. As this discontentment begins to impact your quality of life, it often signals the desire for change.
If you are seeking meaning in your struggles and wondering where to start, I invite you to schedule a time to talk. Together, we can embark on a journey towards a happier, healthier you.
