Brianna has over 17 years of experience in the mental health field and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2011. She supports women navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the stress that arises from relational, professional, or personal challenges. Her work centers on helping clients understand and respond to emotional patterns and life stressors, both past and present, with greater clarity, resilience, and hope.
Drawing from trauma-informed, relationally focused, and strengths-based approaches, Brianna integrates CBT, ACT, IFS-informed work, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and therapeutic journaling. She also emphasizes the connection between emotional and physical well-being, incorporating mind-body awareness to support nervous system regulation and grounding.
Her style is compassionate, collaborative, and reflective—offering a safe space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care. Brianna believes that hope grows when we make peace with the past and take intentional action in the present. She gently guides clients toward greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and meaningful change.
