Hello! My name is Amanda, and I am a Denver-based therapist with 10 years’ experience working with people from widely varying backgrounds and experiences. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy – from seeking support for a life transition; to exploring and healing trauma; to identifying and optimizing your patterns for greater satisfaction in your day to day life and relationships. We all thrive when we are seen and heard for who we truly are, in a non-judgmental and caring setting.
I became a therapist because I am genuinely curious and interested in people, and getting to know each person’s unique experiences. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself; allowing you to explore, grow, and heal. My approach is as individual and unique as the person I am working with! No therapeutic relationship or session will look the same, because you will help co-create your experience by bringing who you are and what you want to focus on. I bring my training, experience and a genuine interest and curiosity in you, and will tailor my approach to what you want and need. What we focus on is driven by you! My practice is grounded in diverse training and experience, and rooted in a deep understanding of healthy development, trauma, and neuroscience. I offer an integrated approach that incorporates a variety of modalities.
