Pain Management

Pain Management Therapists in the Greater Denver Area and Across Colorado – Accepting New Clients

Living with chronic pain can be physically, emotionally, and mentally overwhelming. Whether caused by injury, illness, or an ongoing health condition, persistent pain can disrupt every aspect of daily life. Many individuals find themselves feeling frustrated, isolated, anxious, or even hopeless after trying various treatments without lasting relief. Pain doesn’t just affect the body, it often leads to fatigue, difficulty sleeping, mood changes, and strained relationships. Managing this experience takes more than just medical care; it often requires emotional support and psychological tools as well.

Therapy for pain management can provide essential strategies for coping and healing. Westside Behavioral Care therapists use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and biofeedback to help clients manage pain-related stress and improve overall quality of life. Our therapists aim to empower individuals by helping them develop practical skills for regulating emotions, improving self-efficacy, and re-engaging with meaningful activities, even in the presence of discomfort. Many clients find that therapy helps reduce their experience of pain and restores a sense of control and hope.

Appointments are available in person across the Greater Denver Area, including Lakewood, Greenwood Village, Aurora, Boulder, and Littleton, or through secure online therapy statewide. All of our therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other insurance plans. You can browse available therapists by specialty, insurance, location, and age to find the right fit for your needs. You can also call us at (303) 986-4197 or email info@westsidebehavioral.com for personal assistance scheduling your first session.
