Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Westside Behavioral Care offers one of Colorado’s largest networks of mental health providers (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, PsyD/PhDs, PMHNPs, etc) dedicated to Kaiser Permanente patients statewide. Established in 1998 with the mission of making appointment scheduling as easy and convenient as possible, Westside’s licensed therapists serve thousands of patients a year by providing supportive counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more. Appointments are available through in-person sessions across the Denver metro area (Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Boulder, Arvada, etc.) and convenient online therapy statewide.
Thanks to our partnership with Kaiser, members can expect quick access to care (often in as little as 48 hours) without worrying about prior authorizations or referrals. Nearly all Westside therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, meaning you get the care you need at in-network rates. Our team will verify your benefits and share them with your therapist ahead of your first appointment so you’re fully informed going into your first session.
True to our mission, we make scheduling easy for everyone. You can choose your preferred therapist by using our scheduling tool available 24/7, call our friendly receptionists (available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm MST) at (303) 986-4197, complete one of the many contact forms on our website, or email info@westsidebehavioral.com for personal assistance. Our patient-focused approach is designed to give Kaiser members in Colorado a stress-free, positive experience.
Therapists serving the Littleton area provide care across neighborhoods such as Ken Caryl, Grant Ranch, Columbine, Bow Mar, Stony Creek, and Governor’s Ranch. Those living near Chatfield State Park, Southwest Plaza, or the Broadway corridor have access to both in-person therapy and virtual counseling options tailored to their lifestyle and location.
Whether you’re navigating a recent life change or managing long-term emotional health, Littleton providers support a range of concerns including PTSD, panic attacks, stress, depression, grief, and family dynamics. Many also specialize in therapy for adolescents, blended families, and couples facing communication or trust issues.
Most therapists in the Littleton network accept Kaiser Permanente along with other major insurance plans. Clients can explore providers based on schedule availability, session format, area of focus, and coverage, making it easy to find a therapist aligned with your goals.
Conduct disorder is a behavioral condition that most often begins in childhood or adolescence and is marked by ongoing patterns of aggression, defiance, and rule-breaking. Children or teens with conduct disorder may frequently lie, steal, skip school, destroy property, or behave in ways that violate social norms or the rights of others. While these behaviors can be distressing or disruptive, they often stem from deeper emotional struggles, difficulties with impulse control, or a history of trauma or instability. Families dealing with conduct disorder often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to help their child manage intense emotions or aggressive behavior in healthy ways.
Therapists at Westside Behavioral Care support children, teens, and families with conduct disorder through a compassionate, structured, and evidence-based approach. Treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are commonly used to help build emotional regulation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Family therapy can also be an essential part of treatment, helping caregivers learn strategies for setting boundaries, reinforcing positive behaviors, and improving communication. Many of our therapists incorporate behavior management plans and collaborate with schools or pediatricians when needed. New clients may want to ask about parent involvement, therapy goals, and how progress will be tracked over time.
Getting support for conduct disorder is easier than you might think. Westside Behavioral Care offers both in-person therapy at offices throughout the Greater Denver Area and secure online appointments for clients across Colorado. All of our therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many also accept a wide range of other major insurance plans. Whether you’re seeking early intervention or more intensive support, our team is here to help your child and family move toward greater stability and well-being.
Teenagers experience rapid growth, not only physically but emotionally and mentally, as they move toward adulthood. The teen years often involve major shifts in identity, peer relationships, academic pressure, and emotional regulation. Common concerns during this time include anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, social isolation, academic burnout, family conflict, and navigating gender or sexual identity. With the right tools and guidance, teens can learn to process their experiences and develop the confidence and emotional skills they need for adulthood.
Therapists at Westside Behavioral Care work collaboratively with teens to create a judgment-free space where they feel heard and understood. Treatment may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness strategies, or solution-focused approaches depending on the teen’s needs and preferences. Our therapists are skilled at building trust, balancing autonomy with support, and involving parents or caregivers when helpful, all while prioritizing the teen’s voice in their care.
Westside provides therapy for teens ages 13–18 both in person at locations across the Greater Denver Area and online anywhere in Colorado. All therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many work with additional major insurance providers. Whether your teen needs support with daily stressors or more complex emotional challenges, Westside offers compassionate, accessible care to help them grow and thrive during these critical years.
