I believe that admirable qualities exist in all of us and in the courageous human condition to gravitate towards personal betterment even in the midst of hardship. While we strive towards progress, our thoughts and behaviors can fall into rigid patterns. I enable individuals to break through unhealthy habits, extend out of comfort zones, overcome challenges, rediscover inner wisdom, and ultimately reach authentic rewards. Each person is their own expert and I will empower you to get there.

I offer specialized eating disorder, mood and trauma therapy to adults and teens in individual therapy. I am loving the frameworks of Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support internal healing post traumas. I have completed basic training for both and plan to continue my trainings. Together, we can rediscover your authentic self and reconnect you to a life you deem satisfying in the long run.
