Whether you’re coping with intense emotional distress, a recent loss, or long-term depression, it’s important to know that you are not alone. Suicidal thoughts can affect people of all ages and backgrounds and reaching out is a powerful first step toward healing.

Our compassionate clinicians are trained to help clients navigate crisis moments and build hope for the future. Therapy can provide a meaningful path forward, even when it feels like none exist. Appointments are available in person across the Greater Denver Area, including Boulder, Greenwood Village, Westminster, and Wheat Ridge, or through secure online therapy statewide. All of our therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other insurance plans.
