Maybe the struggle with anxiety and depression is wearing you down. Perhaps something terrible happened and you’re moving through grief. Maybe your mood disorder or ADHD are keeping you stuck; though you’ve gritted your teeth and trudged along, the same stumbling blocks crop up over and over. I work with clients who can see a better way of living but can’t quite get there on their own. Together, we can examine and overcome your barriers so you can live into your most authentic and fulfilling life.

Working from a solid therapeutic connection, I use CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment-based therapy, play therapy, expressive therapies like art and sandtray therapy (even for adults!), and other modalities to guide my clients toward achieving their goals.

I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, grief, and neurodivergence. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced complex trauma, particularly from attachment wounds with early caregivers. I am passionate about walking alongside people in my LGBTQ community. Most clients experience relief and hope within the first month and ongoing progress thereafter.

I have over 8 years of experience successfully working with adults, teens, and children ages 6 and up. I am trained in EMDR and have received advanced training in EMDR for children and EMDR with sandtray, as well as extensive training in trauma-informed care.

No one seeks out mental health support without some measure of frustration, pain, or fear. I know there are parts of life that we can make better or different, and other parts of life that we can learn to bear in new and expansive ways. I’m here with you. And when we can, I like to laugh together.
