My areas of expertise are adolescents and adults working on feelings of anxiety, depression, and mood regulation due to traumatic experiences, life stage transitions, and difficulty with primary support systems (family, friends, school, teams, etc). I also work with parents, couples, and families on building family intimacy, structure, and communication skills.
My approach is to provide support and behavioral interventions to help you effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to build on their values and strengths to attain personal growth.
I received my Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton and my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Couples and Families from the University of Northern Colorado. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado. My private practice is located in the Cherry Creek area in Denver, Colorado.
