As we go through life, more often than not, we face hardship and discomfort that can leave us feeling dull and alone. In these times, warmth and support can be so healing. A therapeutic alliance is a bond like no other, that has healing qualities for times of darkness and stress. Whether you are dealing with anxiety or depression, unable to cope with your anger, or going through a life transition, the therapeutic relationship is the foundation to get back to the authentic you. 

As your therapist, I work toward creating a safe environment, for you to learn skills, creating building blocks, and ultimately walk alongside you toward your goals. I am a person-centered therapist who will meet you where you are at without any judgment. I create a space based on trust and genuine care, and develop deep and meaningful relationships with my clients. 

I have many years of experience working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, anger and behavioral issues, or trauma and suicidal ideation. I use mindfulness practices and person centered techniques to strive towards healing and growth.
